Our suitcases are built to last a lifetime. We offer a limited lifetime warranty that covers any functional damage to the shell, wheels, handles, or zippers.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the contiguous US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100-day trial period for all our luggage. If you don't love it, you can return it for a full refund within the first 100 days of purchase, no questions asked.
How do I clean my Away suitcase?
For hard-shell luggage, we recommend using a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. For scuffs, a magic eraser works wonders on the polycarbonate surface.
Are your bags carry-on compliant?
The Standard Carry-On and The Bigger Carry-On are designed to fit in the overhead bins of most major airlines, though we recommend checking specific airline dimensions before flying.
